Meet Our New Team Members
Please join us in welcoming Anne Eberhardt, Meg Manning, and Kimberly Greene to the Gavin/Solmonese team.
Anne Eberhardt
Spain, Ukraine, the former Yugoslavia and Iraq are all areas of the world where Anne Eberhardt has spent significant amounts of time. Working in some of the world’s most difficult environments, Anne has led large-scale investigations to successful conclusions, including sending at least three people to prison for financial crimes. She joined our Valuation and Litigation team last month as a Senior Director with more than 15 years of experience conducting forensic audits, building and testing financial models, and resolving economic disputes.
Her travels have allowed her to indulge her passion for 20th century European history collecting the detritus of authoritarian regimes, including original Soviet and Spanish Civil War posters and a bronze bust of Marshal Tito. And one of the great moments of her life was the afternoon she spent in Madrid chatting with La Pasionaria’s secretary, Irene Falcon.
Anne is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Click here to learn more about Anne.
Meg Manning
With extensive experience in complex reorganization and liquidation cases, Meg Manning joins Gavin/Solmonese as a Senior Director and Counsel in our Bankruptcy & Fiduciary Services practice. She has managed complex reorganization and liquidation cases, representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditor committees for more than 14 years. Her work has earned her award-winning status and she has been named a Delaware Rising Star and a Top Woman in Litigation by Benchmark Litigation.
Her heart for children has led her to serve as Guardian Ad Litem to several children in Delaware’s foster care system, and she continues to serve in that capacity. She is also a hobby birder, and has a knack for identifying birds upon sight.
Meg is a member in the Delaware Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and is an At-Large member of the National Board of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
