David Knoll

David Knoll brings expertise in mergers & acquisitions, commercial banking, and strategic financial management to his role as Senior Consultant at Gavin/Solmonese. He advises clients on company-side engagements and real estate restructuring, with a focus on helping businesses navigate complex financial and operational challenges.

Before joining Gavin/Solmonese, David was an Associate at Lincoln International, where he executed multi-hundred-million-dollar M&A transactions in the technology and healthcare industries. He previously held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, leading cross-functional teams in business banking and home lending, and driving digital transformation and data-driven strategies that enhanced client engagement and revenue growth.

In addition to his corporate career, David serves as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. As Company Executive Officer for Maintenance Services Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 25, he has led Marines on hundreds of successful missions and has been recognized for his leadership and operational discipline.

David earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in accounting, finance, and real estate as a Merit Scholar in the Fertitta Veterans Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management from Yeshiva University.

He is based in New York.
